Appliance Diagnosis

• Minor Appliances: $120 (Washers, Dryers, Standard Ranges, Single Ovens, Microwaves)

• Major Appliances: $150 (Refrigerators, Chest Freezers, 48" Gas Ranges, Double Wall Ovens/Microwave Combos, Dishwashers, Stacked Washers/Dryers, Built-in Cooktops)

Service Rates

• Repair labor: $120/ hr

Haul Away Service

• Minor Appliance Haul Away: $60

• Major Appliance Haul Away: $100

We’re a mobile repair service that comes to you! We can repair your machine right at your home or business. Our diagnosis fee is a flat rate. Once we’ve determined the issue, we’ll provide a detailed written estimate for the repairs.

Parts

We maintain a limited stock of common replacement parts for popular appliance brands. However, many appliance parts are specific to the model and manufacturer of your appliance, and we do not typically keep these in stock. If you need a part that we do not have on hand, we can order it for you from our suppliers. Please note that there may be a delay while we wait for the part to be shipped and delivered.

Parts purchased from us are non-refundable once the original packaging has been opened or the part has been installed or used. This policy applies to all parts, including but not limited to, electronic components, mechanical parts, and accessories. Customers are encouraged to inspect parts carefully upon receipt and to contact us immediately if any defects are found. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement part for defective items.
